• Our clients — where TXG fulfills orders on behalf of a client brand, relevant shipment and recipient information is shared with that client as part of normal order processing
• Customs and regulatory authorities — as required for cross-border shipments between Canada, the United States, and other destinations
• Legal and safety purposes — where required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of TXG, our clients, or others
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, with notice provided where required by law

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

6. International Data Transfers

TXG operates facilities and services across Canada and the United States, and supports shipments to and from additional countries. As a result, information we collect may be processed, stored, or transferred in a country other than the one in which it was originally collected, including the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your home country.
