Shipping every US order across the border as a parcel is no longer the cheap option it was. Since August 2025 there is no duty-free lane for low-value shipments into the US, so each parcel is a customs entry. Holding a buffer of stock in our Buffalo facility lets those orders ship as domestic US parcels instead.

Where is your Canadian warehouse?
Our Canadian fulfillment operation runs from Etobicoke, Ontario, inside the Greater Toronto Area, with our head office in Oakville. We also operate a warehouse in Buffalo, New York for brands that need US-side inventory.
Do you have a minimum order volume?
No. We work with Canadian brands shipping a few hundred orders a month as well as brands shipping tens of thousands, and we size the setup to your volume.
Which Canadian sales channels do you integrate with?
Shopify, Amazon.ca, Walmart.ca, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce are among 50+ available integrations, with API connections for custom storefronts and ERPs. Orders and inventory sync automatically and tracking posts back to your store.
How long does it take to get started?
Most brands are integrated, receiving and shipping within 14 days. Timing depends on how quickly your inventory arrives at the facility and how many channels need connecting.
Can you handle Amazon FBA prep in Canada?
Yes. We handle labeling, bundling, polybagging and compliance checks so inbound shipments check in without rework, and we can ship into Canadian or US Amazon fulfillment centres.
Do you ship from Canada into the United States?
We can, but for most brands it is no longer the cheaper route. Since the US suspended its low-value duty-free exemption in August 2025, every parcel entering the US is a customs entry. We usually recommend holding US-bound stock in our Buffalo facility so those orders ship domestically inside the US.
