What our eCommerce fulfillment includes
Most brands come to us with the same problems: orders going out late, inventory sitting on the wrong side of the border, and a 3PL with volume minimums they cannot meet. Here is what we put in place.
Store and marketplace integrations
Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce sit among 50+ available connections. Orders, SKUs and inventory sync automatically, and tracking posts back to your store.
Cross-border shipping and customs
Documentation, duties and carrier coordination for Canada to U.S. and U.S. to Canada movement, handled by the same team that ships the order.
Warehousing on both sides of the border
70,000+ sq ft across Etobicoke, Ontario and Buffalo, New York. Split stock between the two and ship domestically in each market instead of clearing customs on every parcel.
Amazon FBA prep
Labeling, bundling, polybagging and compliance checks so inbound shipments check in without rework or reroutes.
Scan-verified pick, pack and ship
Units are scanned at receiving and again at pick, tracked down to SKU level across every channel. Order accuracy runs at 99.8%.
Returns and reverse logistics
Receipt, inspection, restocking or disposition, with visibility on return status and carrier performance.

Accurate picking and a clean pack-out
Accuracy is the difference between a repeat customer and a refund. Every unit is scanned on the way in and on the way out, and orders are checked before they leave the floor.
- Scan verification at receiving and at pick
- SKU-level tracking across every sales channel
- Branded packaging and insert rules you define
- Quality checks before an order leaves the floor
- 99.8% order accuracy across the operation
Two warehouses, two markets, lower landed cost
Holding stock in Ontario and New York means most orders ship domestically. You pay domestic parcel rates in each market and your customers stop waiting on customs.
- 70,000+ sq ft across Etobicoke, ON and Buffalo, NY
- 30,000+ postal and ZIP codes in reach
- One to three day delivery for most North American addresses
- Same-day and next-day options where volume supports it
- Customs paperwork handled by the team that ships it

One dashboard for inventory, orders and returns
Everything your team needs to answer a customer question sits in one place, updated as the floor works.
- Real-time inventory by SKU and location
- Order status from received through delivered
- Automated reorder points and demand signals
- Returns visibility from receipt to restock
- Carrier performance and exception reporting
- 50+ store, marketplace and ERP connections

Why brands move to Transway Xpress
We have been running cross-border fulfillment since 2014, and the pitch has not changed: get the stock close to the customer, ship it accurately, and show the brand what is happening.
No minimum volume
We take on brands shipping a few hundred orders a month and brands shipping tens of thousands.
Live in under 14 days
Integration, receiving and first ship-out typically complete inside two weeks.
200,000+ shipments fulfilled
Operating since 2014 across Canadian and U.S. facilities.
Fulfillment by country
eCommerce fulfillment in Canada
Inventory held in Etobicoke, Ontario and shipped as domestic Canadian parcels. No volume minimum.
US fulfillment for Canadian brands

eCommerce fulfillment FAQs
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce are among 50+ available integrations, with API connections for custom storefronts and ERPs. Orders, SKUs and inventory sync automatically, and tracking posts back to your store.
Where are your warehouses?
We operate warehouse space in Etobicoke, Ontario and Buffalo, New York, with offices in Oakville, Ontario and Pendleton, Indiana. Holding stock at both sites lets you ship domestically in Canada and the United States.
Do you handle cross-border shipping between Canada and the U.S.?
Yes, in both directions. Note that the United States suspended its duty-free exemption for low-value imports in August 2025, and US Customs and Border Protection made that suspension indefinite in June 2026, so every parcel entering the US is now a customs entry. For most brands we recommend holding US-bound stock in our Buffalo facility and shipping domestically instead. Confirm your own duty exposure with a licensed customs broker.
Is there a minimum order volume?
No. We work with brands shipping a few hundred orders a month and with brands shipping tens of thousands, and we size the setup to your volume.
How long does onboarding take?
Most brands are integrated, received and shipping within 14 days. Timing depends on how quickly inventory arrives and how many sales channels need connecting.
How do you handle returns?
Returns come back to the facility where we receive, inspect and either restock or route to disposition. You get visibility on return status by SKU and condition, plus carrier performance reporting.
